Our client, a leader in the heavy manufacturing industry in Northern Ontario, has partnered with KEC to hire a Sr. Talent Attraction & Development Analyst. This role offers an opportunity to drive talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning initiatives to support continued business growth across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment
- Support succession planning
- Implement career development and performance management programs
- Collaborate closely with business leaders
- Analyze workforce data
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives
- Support early talent programs and employee relations activities
Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary degree
- 5+ years of HR experiences
- Strengths in Recruitment and Talent Development
- Prior experience in manufacturing or unionized environments will be an asset
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Salary
Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $80 000 - $95 000. The hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
