Key Responsibilities

  • Work with functional & technical teams to lead projects that solve complex business problems and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue identification/resolution.
  • Support HR information systems and integrations, collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective HR solutions.
  • Maintain high standards, excel in understanding operations across HR Applications and Business Processes.
  • Proactively gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify solutions, and present to both Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate negotiation, influencing, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, test new customizations, functional updates/fixes, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Manage change efficiently while considering technology, business processes, and systems implications.

  • 8-10 years of IT experience, with 5-7 years in technical or business analyst roles focusing on HCM Products.
  • Proven experience in implementation, technical analysis, software development, system design, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and SQL concepts.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Business Analyst or Product Management certification is a plus.
