What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): • Take full ownership of developers.addepar.com, performing regular audits to ensure accuracy and functionality of every endpoint and guide • Create high-impact documentation for new features, consolidate redundant information, and proactively archive deprecated content • Rigorously test API documentation against live environments to verify accuracy • Evaluate and implement strategies to leverage AI and automation tools for real-time content updates • Work closely with Engineers and Product Managers to translate complex technical specifications into clear, concise documentation

What is Required (Qualifications): • 5+ years of experience writing API documentation (RESTful, GraphQL, etc.) • Comfortable reading code (Python, Java, or similar) and using developer tools like Postman, GitHub, and CLI environments • Deep experience with ReadMe or similar documentation platforms and knowledge of Markdown • Familiarity with LLMs and how structured documentation feeds into AI-driven tools • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in technical documentation
