Job Description

FTFL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
• Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated on latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.

Required Skills

• Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Prototyping & Wireframing: InVision, Balsamiq
• Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js/React is a plus)
• User Research & Usability Testing: A/B testing, Heatmaps
• Version Control: Git
• Platforms: Web and Mobile (iOS & Android)
