Sr UI/UX Designer

Required

• 8+ years of professional experience in a UI/UX design role, ideally within a enterprise environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process work (research, flows, wireframes) and polished UI output (visual design, components, design systems)
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, variables, and prototyping
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility best practices
• Experience working in agile product development environments alongside engineering and product teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Exposure to service design, design ops, or system-level thinking across large product portfolios
• Experience in motion design or prototyping with tools such as Principle, Protopie, or After Effects
