Seeking a UX Designer for a hybrid, 3-year contract based in Baltimore, MD, with potential extension.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development
Perform business process analysis
Design and code bots using UiPath and other tools
Test workflows
Deploy RPA components
Support implementation
Translate business workflows into automated solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders
Create documentation
Ensure security compliance

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years in programming languages (C/C++, Python, Java, etc.)
Minimum 2+ years in RPA tools and scripting
Experience with APIs
Experience with Agile methodology

Preferred Skills

Extensive RPA experience
Database knowledge
Cloud RPA experience
Certifications
Familiarity with PMO processes
