Sr. Wireless Architect- PT

Scope of Work

• The Architect will ensure continuity of wireless, authentication, and related network services during a key personnel transition.
• This engagement is intended to bridge the operational and architectural knowledge gap between the retirement of a senior wireless architect and the hiring and onboarding of a replacement resource.
• The primary purpose of this engagement is operational continuity, knowledge transfer, risk reduction, and onboarding support, not project delivery.

Job Description Architect/Consultant Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level wireless and authentication architectural guidance
• Act as Tier 3/4 escalation support for complex issues
• Participate in incident response bridges for major service issues
• Review and validate major wireless and authentication changes
• Provide operational and architectural decision support
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new wireless staff
• Assist in documenting environment, dependencies, and operational procedures
• Provide risk identification and mitigation recommendations

• ServiceNow integration workflows
• Wireless site surveys and RF optimization
• On-site support during major migrations
