Job Title: SRE Engineer with Performance Engineering Experience

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 2+ years

Description: We are looking for an SRE Engineer with strong Performance Engineering experience. This role is focused on system reliability, scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization. We are seeking a Performance Engineer, not a Performance Test Engineer.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) • Hands-on experience in Performance Engineering and system tuning • Experience with performance analysis, load testing, and bottleneck identification • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Prometheus, etc. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) • Strong understanding of Linux, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Scripting experience with Python, Shell, or similar • Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps environments

Responsibilities:

• Improve application and platform reliability, scalability, and performance • Analyze system behavior under load and identify performance bottlenecks • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions • Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams • Support production stability and incident resolution activities

Preferred:

• Telecom or large enterprise environment experience • Experience with automation and performance optimization strategies
