This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, based in Gurugram. The Sr. Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, develop talent acquisition strategies, manage a recruitment team, and collaborate with various departments to ensure workforce planning aligns with business goals.

Key responsibilities include identifying top talent, executing efficient hiring processes, and driving employer branding initiatives. The role also involves training and guiding team members, identifying recruitment needs, and ensuring compliance with organizational hiring practices. • *Qualifications** • Proven skills in Communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. • Expertise in Team Management, including leading and mentoring recruitment teams to meet hiring objectives. • Experience in Education and Training with a focus on employee development initiatives and professional growth. • Proficiency in Curriculum Development and onboarding strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to align recruitment efforts with business needs. • Familiarity with industry-standard recruiting tools and platforms, as well as a strong understanding of HR compliance and standards. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
