WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure the smooth running of our Shared Service Centre. Collaboration will be at the core of your role as you support managers, colleagues, and clients with timely and accurate administrative services. You’ll also interact directly with suppliers, visitors, and internal stakeholders, providing professional assistance and maintaining strong relationships. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Administrative Assistant at Enterprise Outsourcing, you will play a critical role in supporting the Shared Service Centre. You will manage a variety of administrative and procurement tasks while ensuring clients and colleagues receive exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinating procurement processes, including managing office supplies, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and friendly support.
  • Handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Managing courier services, incoming and outgoing deliveries, and other logistical tasks.
  • Supporting finance with processing expense reports and assisting on assigned projects.
  • Ensuring effective collaboration with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintaining a professional, organized, and customer-focused work environment.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly organized and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, you bring:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration and Management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
