A prominent real estate organization is seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to support its full‑cycle accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of AP, AR, general ledger work, and monthly close activities, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. This is a full-time onsite position with a salary up to $75,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries (debits/credits)
• Assist with month‑end close, including reconciliations, reporting, and analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records and support year‑end audit activities
• Utilize computer‑based accounting systems and ensure proper integration with the general ledger
• Prepare financial data, reports, and analysis to support internal decision‑making

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of accounting, reporting, and analysis experience
• Significant experience with computer‑based accounting systems, including module integration with the G/L
• Experience with general ledger analysis, month‑end close, and year‑end audit support
• Experience using mainframe financial software such as Yardi strongly preferred
