Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Staff Accountant in Greensboro, NC. This is an onsite position that requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, in addition to knowledge of US GAAP, in addition to 2-3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly invoicing for our audit and software businesses
- Ownership of the collections process using direct interaction with clients and staff utilizing the NetSuite dunning process
- Assisting with monthly close process including reconciliation and analysis
- Ownership of corporate card program and accounting
- Ownership of travel expense reimbursement program (currently utilize Concur)
- Supporting various risk and compliance initiatives and requirements
- Special Projects
- Assist with NetSuite upgrades and continuous improvement
- Process definition and improvement
- Various other tasks as directed by leadership
Necessary Experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP (IFRS desired)
- Financial systems and analytic tools
- Outstanding communicator (verbal and written)
- High “care” factor
- Positive, candid attitude and likability
- Willing to learn and cross-train on Finance functions
- The ability to work independently with initiative and creativity while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Quality, professionalism, and discretion, especially with sensitive information
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and analytic skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge
Other Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in our Greensboro corporate office 5 days a week – Required
- Minimum of two years of experience in industry or public accounting, ideally in SaaS, technology, professional services, or private equity environments
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance
