Staff Accountant - Remote Flexibility and Part-time

About The Company And Opportunity

• Our client is a highly regarded organization who is dedicated to the education community.
• Due to a position reevaluation the client is looking to bring on a temporary Staff Accountant.
• Pay: $30-31/hr depending on experience.
• Schedule: part-time ~ 25-30/hrs a week
• Mostly remote for local candidates - may need to check the mail in DC 1x a week
• Duration: flexible ~ 2 weeks to 2 months

Overview Of The Staff Accountant Role

• AP - data entry of invoices, coding
• AR - invoicing, collections, payment posting
• Ad hoc projects/entries

Preferred Qualifications For The Staff Accountant

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Sage Intacct and bill.com experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus
