Staff AI-Native Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-integrated infrastructure to enhance the development platform and automate complex tasks
• Elevate developer experience by creating agentic tooling and integrating natural language interfaces
• Lead AI mentorship and evangelism, partnering with leadership and mentoring engineers on advanced AI tooling

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, preferably with AWS
• Expert-level knowledge of AI techniques and their application in operational workflows
• Advanced programming skills in Python and experience with AWS SDKs
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Background in building Internal Developer Portals with a focus on user-centric design
