Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-quality mobile application using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
• Participate as a solution architect from the very beginning of new projects and be responsible for implementation across all stacks.
• Gain significant exposure to other teams to align solutions and drive the tech stack forward.
• Drive technical discussions and lead architectural alignment.
• Lead by example, set coding standards, review pull requests, and mentor other engineers.
• Empower the team to deliver mission-critical features in quality and time.
• Contribute to architectural decisions across multiple stacks.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and other stacks (Backend and Web).
• Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes to improve developer productivity and product quality.
• Debug performance and reliability issues across the stacks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of programming experience, with at least 3 years of native or hybrid App development experience.
• Expert-level Dart and Flutter knowledge.
• CI/CD experience with Google Play Store and App Store deployments (fastlane, GitHub Actions or similar).
• Experience with Unit and Golden Tests.
• Experience in performance optimisation and profiling using Flutter DevTools.
• Mobile native experience in iOS or Android.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, DataDog.
• Figma knowledge.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot or Cursor) to speed up coding.
• Experience with Backend development.
• Experience in mobile automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for conceptual, non-standard problems.
• High autonomy and ownership with ability to lead complex projects with little oversight.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player who shares knowledge and inspires others.

• gRPC experience
