You are a Staff Business Systems Analyst responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Your role involves gathering and analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams, and delivering effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for solution delivery
- Perform system analysis, testing, and validation
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
- Ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions
- Support stakeholders with data insights and reporting
Qualifications Required
- Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Data Analysis skills
- Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Effective communication skills
Additional Information
You should have 5-8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role. Additionally, experience with ERP/CRM systems and knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence are preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be beneficial for this role.
