Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Staff Data Engineer specializing in AWS HealthLake. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and systems. The secondary responsibility for this role is software engineer role who will help with AWS infrastructure setup, CI/CD and QA testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to ensure data solutions align with business requirements and goals.

Qualifications • Proficiency in Data Engineering, including designing and building resilient data pipelines. • Strong experience with Data Modeling and ML based entity resolution for large-scale and complex datasets. • Expertise in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and related tools or frameworks. • Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, architecture, and best practices. • Experience with Data Analytics to support decision-making and reporting needs. • Hands-on experience with AWS software development, cloud services, including AWS HealthLake, is highly advantageous. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Experience in a healthcare or AI-driven environment is a plus.
