Staff Developer Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist users in deploying and scaling Temporal in cloud-native environments while troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
• Develop observability solutions and automate infrastructure operations to enhance performance and reliability
• Engage with developers and engineering teams to provide solutions that improve scalability and performance

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as a developer, with proficiency in Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript
• Experience managing medium to large-scale architectures, such as Kubernetes or Docker
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Minimum of one year in a customer-facing role
• Experience working with remote teams
