This global enterprise is looking for a seasoned Staff Engineer to enhance their AI initiatives. With over 10 years of experience, you will collaborate with various engineering teams and contribute to the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered tools. Your role includes leading a Community of Practice, mentoring fellow engineers, and advising on the integration of AI into existing workflows for maximized impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI engineering tools across the organization
• Lead a Community of Practice and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
• Collaborate with product, security, legal, and architecture teams
• Create and implement metrics to measure tool effectiveness
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and propose integration strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience in retail or enterprise
• Hands-on experience with AI-integrated tools in engineering
• Proven leadership ability across cross-functional teams
• Experience in leading enablement programs and office hours
• Strong communication and metrics-driven decision-making skills
