Staff Engineer

Mission Objectives

• Achieve large-scale deployment of good engineering practices, and onboard teams on frameworks/methods/tools enabling the standardization of these practices.
• Assist in the technical design of new products (or their re-engineering) to achieve robust and efficient solution architectures.

The focus is on application resilience, consistent deployment, API best practices, and quality.

As a Staff Engineer, you are aware of new technological trends and opportunities and know how to share them.

You will liaise with multiple departments, particularly those of the relevant business digital platforms and the Global Tech and Data platform.

Candidate Profile and Technologies

With a technical background, you have acquired at least 10 years of experience in development (NodeJS, NestJS, Typescript, Java).

You have a perfect command of API development, Kafka usage, database models (SQL, NoSQL), and CI/CD using GitHub Actions.

With functional sensitivity, you analyze and challenge requests for evolution and their complexity. You are proactive in implementing solutions and fixes.

You are curious, rigorous, and pedagogical.
