About the role

About

We are currently seeking a Staff GTM Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role that partners closely with Revenue and Executive Leadership to drive Clio’s most critical go-to-market initiatives. You will own problems that are not yet well-defined, shape program strategy, align senior leaders, and design the operating models required to execute at scale. Success in this role is measured by business impact, clarity created, and how the organization evolves as a result of your work.

The GTM Program Management team leads Clio’s most complex, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to bring structure to complexity and keep teams aligned from planning through launch and beyond. As trusted partners to senior leaders, we provide clear visibility into program health, surface risks and tradeoffs early, and enable confident, data-informed decision-making—ensuring revenue-critical initiatives deliver outcomes, not just plans.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Program Ownership: Define and lead Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, from problem framing through delivery and outcomes.
  • Executive Alignment: Drive alignment across senior leaders, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities.
  • Strategic Analysis: Develop and evaluate options using deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape decisions.
  • Executive Communication: Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, crafting narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks.
  • Operating Model Design: Improve how Clio runs GTM programs by designing scalable processes, governance, and execution models.

How You'll Succeed

  • Use data to shape strategy, influence direction, and drive executive decisions.
  • Move fluidly between problem framing, strategic design, and hands-on execution.
  • Bring structure to highly ambiguous, cross-functional, and politically complex problems.
  • Influence senior leaders and executives without formal authority.
  • Communicate with an executive presence and strong point of view.
  • Anticipate downstream impacts across the GTM ecosystem.
  • Set standards for how complex programs should be run.
  • Continuously raise the bar for program management craft, tooling, and leverage (including AI).

Benefits

  • Company equity
  • 401k
  • $500 contribution when you become a parent and/or guardian
  • RRSP-matching
  • Pension plans
  • 4-week minimum vacation
  • Work from home when you need to (role-specific)
  • Parental leave options for moms and dads
  • Customizable extended health benefits (including $2000 per year to spend on counseling)
  • Wellness programs including an onsite naturopath physiotherapist, and RMT (location-dependent), healthy snacks, and exercise classes
