Job Description

• Creation and maintenance of a high-quality mobile application with Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
• Involvement as a Solution Architect from the beginning of new projects; you will not only implement changes but also think them through in depth and be responsible for implementation across all stacks.
• Gaining comprehensive insights into other teams such as Shop Backend and Webstacks to coordinate solutions and advance the tech stack of all teams.
• Driving technical discussions within the team and leading architectural alignment.
• Setting an example by establishing coding standards, reviewing pull requests, and mentoring other engineers in the team.
• Enabling the team to deliver business-critical features with quality and on time.
• Contributing to architectural decisions across multiple stacks.
• Close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and other stacks (Backend and Web).
• Introduction of new technologies, tools, or processes to increase developer productivity and product quality.
• Debugging performance and reliability issues across all stacks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of programming experience, with at least 3 years of experience in native or hybrid app development.
• Expert knowledge in Dart & Flutter.
• CI/CD experience – Deployments in the Google Play Store and App Store (fastlane, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Experience with unit and golden tests.
• Experience in performance optimization and profiling (using Flutter DevTools).
• Mobile Native experience – iOS or Android.
• Experience with monitoring tools – Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, DataDog, etc.
• Figma knowledge.
• Experience using AI (e.g., Copilot or Cursor) to accelerate coding.
• Experience in backend development.
• Automated testing for mobile.
• Excellent problem-solving skills: You can solve conceptual, non-standardized problems and make informed decisions based on the analysis of various information sources.
• High autonomy and self-responsibility: You are motivated, take initiative, and can lead complex projects or processes with little supervision from your manager.
• Strong communication skills: You communicate transparently, honestly, and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Product, Design).
• Team player: You actively share your knowledge, inspire other team members, and strive to achieve team goals.
