Product Lead, Fulfillment Domain
Enpal
About the role
At Enpal, we are not just a company; we are a movement. As a recognized greentech unicorn and one of Europe’s fastest-growing energy companies, we’re dedicated to making solar energy accessible and effortless for homeowners across the continent. Our innovative business model for solar panels, heat pumps, home energy storage systems, and EV charging stations is redefining the residential energy market. With our mission to empower homeowners to embrace clean energy, we are paving the way for a sustainable, decentralized energy future.
As a leader in the residential solar energy market, Enpal is expanding and our vision is clear: to become the leading force in Europe’s transition to sustainable and decentralized energy generation.
Job Description
- Domain Strategy & Vision: Co-define and drive the product strategy and vision for the Fulfillment Domain, ensuring alignment across four product teams and with Enpal’s broader business goals. Translate complex operational and financial challenges into clear product direction.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Work across craftOS (field operations) and Fintech (customer financing) product teams to identify dependencies, resolve system-level challenges, and ensure a coherent product experience end to end. Act as the connective tissue between teams that serve different user groups but share common goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and champion a culture of data-driven product decisions across the domain. Define key metrics, build measurement frameworks, and ensure teams have the insights they need to prioritize effectively and validate impact.
- Product Discovery & Validation: Raise the bar on discovery practices across the domain — from user research and problem framing to solution validation and experimentation. Help teams move from feature delivery to outcome-driven development.
- Product Operations: Design and run domain-level product rituals — roadmapping, domain reviews, stakeholder communication, newsletters, and cross-team planning. Create the operating rhythm that keeps teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and priorities transparent.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with operational leaders across PV, Heat, Grid Operations, Finance, and other business units to understand needs, communicate progress, and influence priorities. Translate business complexity into actionable product strategy.
- System Thinking & Technical Partnership: Partner closely with the Staff Engineer to engage in system design discussions, understand architectural dependencies, and make informed product decisions that account for technical constraints and opportunities.
- Product Craft & Mentorship: Elevate product management practices across the domain. Coach and support product managers on the teams through hands-on collaboration, not hierarchy. Be a role model for rigorous discovery, clear requirements, and outcome-oriented delivery.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated progression toward domain-level impact.
- Proven track record of working across multiple product teams, driving alignment, and delivering outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong experience establishing product operations practices — roadmapping frameworks, review cadences, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Deep commitment to data-driven decision making, with hands-on experience defining metrics, running experiments, and building discovery habits in product teams.
- Excellent analytical skills — comfortable working with data, forming hypotheses, and using evidence to drive prioritization.
- Outstanding communication skills in English (C1+), with the ability to articulate strategy, translate complexity, and create clarity across technical and business audiences.
- Communication skills in German (B2) is a big plus.
- Experience navigating ambiguity at scale — able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and perfect information is rare.
- Strong systems thinking — able to see how individual product decisions interact across teams, users, and technical systems.
- Collaborative leadership style — you drive outcomes through influence, not authority. You make the people and teams around you more effective.
- A self-driven mindset with high standards for product quality and a pragmatic approach to getting things done.
