Staff Software Engineer – AI/ML

Role Overview

This role focuses on building next-generation AI companion agents using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to transform customer experience platforms at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered companion agents for real-time assistance
• Build scalable ML infrastructure and GenAI capabilities
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams including Vertex AI and DeepMind
• Develop production-grade AI systems for enterprise-scale applications
• Improve adoption and performance of Agent Assist platform

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of ML system design and infrastructure experience
• Strong expertise in:
  • Model deployment & evaluation
  • Data pipelines & debugging
  • ML lifecycle management
• Experience in one or more:
  • Speech/audio processing
  • Reinforcement learning
  • NLP or related ML domain
• Strong system design and architecture experience

Preferred Skills

• Generative AI and Agentic AI experience
• Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
• Experience building scalable distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
