Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Professional Staffing Account Manager / Recruiter to support recruiting activity, fill professional office job orders, market qualified talent, and build strong partnerships with businesses throughout North Central West Virginia.

This is a high-impact internal role combining candidate recruiting, account management, client communication, job advertising, and proactive outreach. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by both people and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and manage online job advertisements for professional office and administrative openings
• Recruit, interview, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates
• Fill client job orders quickly with top office talent
• Market qualified candidates to prospective and existing client companies
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hiring managers and business decision makers
• Conduct proactive weekly outreach to uncover hiring needs and staffing opportunities
• Maintain consistent phone and email communication with clients, candidates, and associates
• Track applicant flow, recruiting activity, lead development, and client follow-up
• Partner with an internal team focused on urgency, service, and measurable results
