Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter

Beyond Home Health Care is an IDD services provider that pairs Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and therapists with individuals to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

The Role

We're looking for an organized, people-oriented Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter to grow our team and ensure every individual we serve is matched with the right support staff. You'll own the full recruitment process while managing day-to-day staffing assignments.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and hire DSPs and therapists through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
• Match staff with individuals based on needs, preferences, and compatibility
• Coordinate schedules and fill coverage gaps quickly and efficiently
• Partner with case managers, supervisors, and families to evaluate staff placements
• Support onboarding and help drive staff retention

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing coordination experience; healthcare or human services preferred
• Familiarity with IDD services and DSP roles is a strong plus
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and care
