What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting cycle for multiple open positions
• Source candidates using job boards, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies
• Screen and interview candidates to quickly identify top talent
• Build and maintain active pipelines for high-demand roles
• Manage candidate activity and documentation in our ATS
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment processes
• Partner closely with your team to meet and exceed client staffing needs
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact to placement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills—you know how to find candidates, not just wait for them
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven setting
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
