Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Use Bullhorn as your primary tool to source, track, and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within Bullhorn
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and hiring best practices

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Bullhorn (or strong familiarity with similar ATS platforms)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy talking to people
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and performance goals

Compensation

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
