Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Use Bullhorn as your primary tool to source, track, and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records and activity within Bullhorn
- Stay up to date on industry trends and hiring best practices
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Bullhorn (or strong familiarity with similar ATS platforms)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with deadlines and performance goals

Compensation
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
