Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for diverse roles across the organization.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and leveraging HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions that attract qualified applicants.
  • Conduct employment law compliance checks and ensure all hiring practices adhere to labor regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs and assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a positive integration experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee evaluations, contracts, and employee relations documentation within HRIS systems such as SAP or Kronos.
  • Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates and coordinating training & development opportunities.
  • Engage in research and lead generation activities to identify passive candidates through social media platforms and professional networks like Salesforce or ADP.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and relationship management abilities to engage candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft is essential.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms including UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, or Workday for managing employee data.
  • Strong research skills combined with cold calling experience to generate leads and build talent pools proactively.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in human resources or sales environments.
