About the Role
This internship focuses on AI Innovation and Automation within the ETF / Distribution & Wealth sector. The goal is to deliver practical, industrializable solutions using automation and AI, while strengthening internal expertise.
The team explores technologies like LLMs, no-code/low-code automation, and AI assistants to transform the Division's work methods. You will integrate into a cutting-edge technological environment, contributing directly to the implementation of AI projects applied to asset management.
Missions
Development & Automation (60% of time):
- Develop Python scripts to automate data extraction, processing, and analysis.
- Create no-code/low-code tools to automate business workflows.
- Build interactive dashboards and applications (Streamlit).
- Develop proof-of-concepts with APIs (Bloomberg, internal databases, Azure OpenAI).
- Contribute to the development of AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude) for product support and client analysis (RAG).
Innovation & Experimentation (20% of time):
- Test and evaluate new generative AI solutions applied to business use cases.
- Participate in co-creation workshops with sales and product teams to identify automation needs.
- Document use cases and create tutorials to promote tool adoption.
Business Support (20% of time):
- Collaborate with division teams to understand their data and analysis needs.
- Assist in creating client presentation materials (slide automation, data visualization).
Technical Environment:
- Languages: Python (pandas, requests, streamlit), SQL, VBA, Git
- APIs: Bloomberg, Azure OpenAI, internal databases
- AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT API, prompt engineering
- Data Viz: Excel, PowerBI, Python libraries (Matplotlib)
Candidate Criteria
- Minimum Education Level: Bac + 5 / M2 and above
- Education/Specialization: Engineering school (Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Automation) / University Master's (Data Science, AI, Computer Science) with a finance appetite.
- Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years
- Experience Areas: Finance, Macroeconomics, ETF, Equity and Bond Markets, ESG
Required Skills:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation, ability to manipulate APIs and databases, ease with no-code/low-code tools. Practical experience with AI assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and ability to rapidly prototype functional solutions.
- Project Management: Ability to structure, plan, and track complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Tech and AI Culture: Good understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, Machine Learning, automation) and curiosity for new technologies.
- Cross-functional Communication: Ease in interacting with diverse profiles (developers, data scientists, business experts, management).
- Analytical and Synthetic Mindset: Ability to analyze complex problems and extract key elements.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to take initiative and lead projects end-to-end.

- Python, Bloomberg, Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
