Your Role
As part of the commercial and financial performance of the International Business Unit, representing an annual turnover of over €100 million and experiencing strong growth, we are looking for a rigorous and analytical Performance/Business Analyst Assistant to support the team. This includes setting up dashboards, improving existing reporting, progressively integrating recently acquired subsidiaries, and setting up margin projections.
Responsibilities
Trading Performance Monitoring (Current Trading)
- Participate in the monthly projection process for the current month's margin.
- Consolidate and align data from the Tableau tool and the Group P&L.
- Contribute to the automation of reporting tools to simplify and ensure the reliability of recurring updates (#industrialization).
- Analyze collected data with the manager to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare presentation materials with the manager to illustrate projections and trends.
Setting up Reporting in Tableau
- Participate in the production and weekly update of the retail dashboard to provide a clear vision of retail performance in volume and value for the different subsidiaries.
- Collect and consolidate data from various sources.
- Work directly in Tableau with the manager to analyze data and identify inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Participate with the manager in developing reports, monitor developments and testing. If necessary, liaise with the subsidiary and train users.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of the reports produced.
Monitoring Time Allocation (Suite ProG) and Operational Efficiency
- Participate in the production of internal and client-specific reports related to team time allocation.
- Build standard and ad hoc reports with the manager's help, contribute to the analysis of workload and resource allocation within the Business Unit.
- Assist in improving reporting tools and processes.
Setting up Reporting for Newly Integrated Subsidiaries
- Ensure monitoring of data flow setup.
- Lead testing in coordination with the countries.

Qualifications
- Student in higher education (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program) with an interest in data and data analysis.
- Analytical, structured, and data-oriented mindset.
- High level of rigor and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with numbers.
- Good command of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (advanced level recommended).
- Comfortable with data manipulation.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Tableau or a data visualization tool is a plus.
