This internship is within the Digital&IT CSM (Customer Service, Sales & Marketing) department. You will join the transverse team responsible for the consistency of vital data for customer service, sales, and marketing operations executed in customer portals, Salesforce, or SAP. This role combines QA (Quality Assurance) and Data Analysis skills.

Reporting to the Director of the CSM Domain and in close collaboration with the Product teams responsible for Integration and Data, your role will be to become the guardian of "data truth" across a complex ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Data Validation Strategy

• In collaboration with Product Owners and integrators, you define the test protocols to validate the flows between SAP (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), MDM (Master Data Management), PIM (Product Information Management), and Air Liquide Portals.

Integration Test Management

• You design and execute end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios to ensure that data sent by a source is correctly transformed and received by the target systems.

Analysis and Reliability

• You identify data anomalies, analyze the "root causes" (mapping errors, duplicates, formats) and propose action plans to clean up the databases.

Reporting and Quality

• You set up dashboards to monitor data quality and test progress for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

• Student in the final year of an Engineering School, Business School, or Master's degree specializing in Data / Information Systems.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of data architectures (API, ETL, batch flows).
• Knowledge of tools like Salesforce or SAP is a real plus.
• Ability to manipulate large volumes of data (advanced Excel, Python, or BI tool).
• Proficiency in SQL (essential for querying databases) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Communication: You are a good communicator who enjoys interactions and collaboration with experts from various fields. Your interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with multidisciplinary teams.

• Analytical Rigor: You have attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex information. You have a taste for data quality work, with an analytical mindset and the ability to synthesize.

• The position requires proficiency in English (oral and written).
