The Role

As part of the development of a Performance service, we are recruiting a Data Analyst (H/F) for an internship to strengthen our Data Department and support the transformation of our group.

Reporting to the Data team, you will work on strategic projects aimed at improving operational performance and data governance.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and deploy dashboards in Qlik for monitoring key indicators.
• Provide support and maintenance for Data & BI applications and tools.
• Identify user needs and propose suitable solutions through your interpersonal skills.
• Apply Data Visualization principles to communicate your analyses simply and intuitively.
• Lead data governance initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze service feedback (incidents and requests).
• Conduct technical watch and propose best practices.

Examples of projects you will participate in:

• Harmonization of operational dashboards to encourage end-user adoption.
• Implementation of data governance processes within business teams.

Profile

Student in higher education (Bac +4/5) in Data, Statistics, IT, Engineering school or equivalent, you are looking for a 6-month internship. You ideally have:

• Previous experience (internship/project) in data analysis or Business Intelligence
• Good command of data visualization tools (ideally Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Skills in SQL and/or advanced Excel; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• An appetite for data structuring and governance
