About the Program

The Information System (IS) modernization program aims to transform the information system to make it more agile, interoperable, and resilient, while reducing technical debt and integrating innovative technologies (Cloud, Data, AI).

It is part of a strategic approach, Énergies 2030, to support the bank's competitiveness, compliance, and operational performance. To meet the company's strategic objectives, 8 modernization keys are addressed by the program:

Interoperability, Real-time, Infrastructure and DevOps, AI, Green IT, Observability and Monitoring, Security, Obsolescence. Data is underlying all these keys.

Beyond building the roadmap and monitoring its progress, the modernization program acts as a catalyst for transformation on the ground. One of its priority projects is to revolutionize our development methods through Artificial Intelligence.

Your Mission: Contribute to a High-Impact AI Project

Within our 'AI Transformation Studio' and accompanied by an expert tutor, you will actively participate in one or more concrete projects. Your mission will be adapted based on the duration of your internship and your interests, and may include:

1. AI Tool Development:

   • Contribute to the prototyping of an internal application based on an LLM (e.g., a documentation aid tool, a test generator, or a chatbot for our developers).
   • Participate in the integration of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into our projects.

2. Prompt Engineering & RAG:

   • Participate in the creation of a library of effective prompts for specific use cases.
   • Explore and implement a proof of concept (PoC) of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to enable an AI to answer questions based on our internal technical documentation.

3. Technological Watch and Benchmark:

   • Evaluate a new AI tool, framework, or model (e.g., Llama 3, GPT-4o, LangGraph).
   • Conduct a comparative benchmark and present your recommendations to the team, to help us make the best technological choices.

4. Support and Sharing:

   • Prepare and co-lead a demonstration session or a mini-workshop to share your discoveries with the developer community.
   • Contribute to writing documentation or tutorials on the tools you have explored.

Note: The precise subject of the internship will be defined with you to ensure a stimulating, achievable, and formative project for the duration of your stay.
