BK IT Solutions is a modern Managed Service Provider. We help SMB organizations grow with smart, secure, and modern IT. We do this personally, involved, and without unnecessary complexity.

Are you an MBO ICT student and want to learn how IT really works in practice, with real customers, in a modern Microsoft environment? Then this internship is for you.

You will not work in a ticket factory. We automate where possible and take the time to investigate things properly. This way you learn not only what you do but especially why.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting end users within Microsoft 365
  • How IT support works in practice at SMB customers
  • Collaborating in a technical team
  • Recording customer information and technical documentation
  • The importance of automation and smart working methods

Requirements

  • MBO ICT student

Working hours

  • Office hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:30
  • Support hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

  • MBO level
