Today, more than a third of our missions involve Design skills: from strategic thinking support to experience design, including creativity and graphic design.

Your Impact

As part of the Design team, you will work in close collaboration with the consulting teams to design useful, sustainable, and effective journeys, services, and experiences, from strategic framing to prototyping and user testing.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and participating in user research phases: conducting field studies and interviews to better understand user needs, formalizing research results (reports, personas, usage models…) and establishing recommendations for improving the existing situation.
• Conducting audits and benchmarks.
• Analyzing and mapping user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improving user experience.
• Participating in the preparation and facilitation of co-creation workshops.
• Designing target user journeys, new services, and digital products.
• Illustrating concepts for new services and developing recommendations for their implementation.
• Contributing to the design of prototypes (mockups, storyboards, etc.).
• Organizing and conducting user tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Participating in the Design pillar's watch activities by following trends and innovations in service design and contributing to commercial proposals.

You will be mentored by a Head of Design who will support you throughout your internship and contribute to your skill development.
