Stakeholder Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with delivery teams to manage stakeholder issues, risks and mitigation.
• Planning, tracking and reporting day‑to‑day project activities against milestones.
• Ensuring stakeholder input, change management and clear escalation routes.
• Facilitating effective communication, meetings and decision‑making.
• Preparing and quality‑check stakeholder materials and approvals.
• Maintaining stakeholder registers, RAID logs and trackers.
• Monitoring budgets, actions and KPIs.
• Producing clear stakeholder reports and insights.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, architecture, systems or business disciplines.
• Project management professional (PMP) certification certified engineering technician (CET) or P.Eng. designation or partial completion is an asset.
• Knowledge of transportation industry is an asset.
• Organisational, interpersonal and oral/written/presentation communication skills to coordinate complex projects under pressure to meet schedule and budget commitments.
• Proficiency is software such as MS Word, Excel, Visio, Unifier, ProjectWise.
