Role Overview

As an Internal Recruiter at Stripe, you'll play a key role in scaling our internal recruiting efforts. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers, People Partners, the Compensation Team, and the Talent Mobility Team to ensure we are following Stripe's internal mobility practices and delivering an excellent candidate experience. You will be instrumental in building and refining processes, managing a high volume of internal recruiting requests, and ensuring we have the right talent in the right roles. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage relationships across different teams will be essential as you help us grow Stripe’s internal recruiting function.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers, People Partners, Compensation, and Talent Mobility teams to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on strategies for internal talent movement
  • Build out and refine internal recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a positive candidate experience
  • Handle a high volume of internal requests and applications while ensuring attention to detail and meeting internal deadlines
  • Partner proactively with Recruiting Managers and external recruiters to review candidate pipelines
  • Continuously improve the internal recruiting experience by gathering feedback and identifying areas for process improvement

Preferred Qualifications (bonus, not required)

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or related roles
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
  • Ability to build and refine recruiting processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in using recruiting and HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
  • Experience working in a global or multi-region environment, specifically EMEA and APAC
  • Experience in both internal mobility and external recruitment

Requirements
