We are an innovative group of companies specializing in scaffolding, lifting technology, mechanical engineering, and steel construction, and we are among the market leaders in Germany.

In the field of steel construction, we erect complex steel structures according to customer specifications, handling all tasks from planning to installation. We design, calculate, manufacture, and assemble steel structures. In addition, we quickly and efficiently manufacture large components for our customers in our workshops.

For us, the professional handling of a wide variety of components and materials is a matter of course. Compliance with corrosion, environmental, and fire safety regulations, just like occupational safety, is standard for us.

Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 600 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations, as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

Your mission

• You will be responsible for
• Leading the site managers
• Serving as the point of contact with the client
• Project tracking and scheduling
• Reviewing contractual performance terms
• Accountability for results
• Preparing invoices (quantity surveys, change orders)
• Responsibility for contract management and change order management
• Management/supervision of subcontractors
• Independent and comprehensive project costing

Your profile

You have

• a bachelor’s degree in engineering (from a university of applied sciences), preferably in civil engineering or industrial engineering, or alternatively, vocational training as a construction technician with several years of professional experience in steel construction
• or completed vocational training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in a technical field
• Basic knowledge of contract law and the VOB
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as a high level of commitment
• Interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to lead others
• An independent, conscientious, and reliable work ethic
• Computer skills (MS Office)
