Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in carrying out interface tests (e.g. REST) is an advantage
• ISTQB certification or willingness to obtain further training
• Knowledge of agile development methods (SCRUM/SAFe)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
• Strong team skills as well as a structured and proactive way of working

Responsibilities

• As part of the development, you ensure that our software solutions for access control systems function reliably, stably, and securely.
• Based on requirements and acceptance criteria, you design and structure test cases and manage them in the test management tool Zephyr Scale.
• Planning and execution of manual and automated tests are part of your tasks – from integration and functional tests to system tests.
• In close cooperation with software development, architecture, and product management, requirements are clarified early to ensure quality in the development process.
• The coordination of test activities for our desktop application as well as web applications is your responsibility and ensures high test coverage.
• You actively contribute your own ideas to our Testing Community of Practice and participate in the further development of test methods, standards, and best practices.
• In addition, you support quality assurance and maintenance of multilingual customer documentation.
