Your Role

Bei uns übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau moderner KI-Systeme:

• Du entwickelst und betreibst skalierbare Python-Services für AI-, Analytics- und LLM-Use-Cases
• Du setzt End-to-End-Architekturen um – von Datenaufbereitung über Modellintegration bis hin zu MLOps & Betrieb
• Du designst und implementierst performante REST APIs (z. B. mit FastAPI)
• Du integrierst LLMs inklusive Prompt Engineering, Orchestrierung und Monitoring
• Du entwickelst agentische Systeme & Multi-Step-Workflows (Tool-Calling, Agent Chains, MCP)
• Du arbeitest mit modernen Frameworks wie pydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph und Langfuse
• Du arbeitest eng mit Data Scientists, Product Ownern und Fachbereichen zusammen
• Du gestaltest aktiv unseren GenAI- und KI-Tech-Stack
• Du agierst als Sparringspartner & Mentor im Team

Your Profile

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Python Software Engineer (m/w/d)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, OOP, Clean Code, Testing & Wartbarkeit
• Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb von REST APIs & verteilten Systemen
• Praxiserfahrung mit FastAPI oder vergleichbaren Frameworks
• Know-how in DevOps / MLOps (CI/CD, Monitoring, Deployment)
• Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an Generativer KI & LLMs
• Erfahrung mit einem einschlägigen Framework (z.b. pydanticAI oder LangChain) für strukturierte Validierung, Model‑I/O und robuste LLM‑Interaktionen
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Microsoft-Ökosystem (Azure, Copilot Studio, Foundry)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
