About the Role

For our Business Development, we are looking for part-time support for the following activities:

Responsibilities

• Support in CRM & Reporting
• Support in creating reports and dashboards
• Participation in process improvements in data management
• Management of deadlines and administration of the tender lifecycle
• EAME Social Media Marketing
• Preparation and support in creating social media posts (especially LinkedIn), including defining campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness
• Coordination with Marketing and Business Development
• Layout & Support in creating logistics offers
• Support in layout and creation of professional offer documents
• Structuring of logistics information and KPIs for offer presentations
• Insights into the world of 3PL logistics
• Learning about tender processes, warehousing concepts, and supply chain design
• Collaboration with international colleagues in Business Development, Solution Design, and Operations

Qualifications

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a degree program such as Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable

Required Skills

• Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
• Interest in logistics, supply chain management, and digital tools
• Creativity for social media and offer layouts
• Independent, structured way of working
• Confident and assertive demeanor in an international corporate environment
• Very good German and good English skills
