About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, Implement and support file transfer solution using IBMSterling File Gateway and related MFT tools
- Configure and manage trading partner setups, routing channels and protocols (SFTP, Connect Direct, AS2 etc.)
- Monitor file transfer processes, identify issues and implement resolution to ensure operational continuity
- Ensure file transfer solution comply with security and regulatory standards including encryption and data integrity
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configuration, processes and troubleshooting guideline
