Store Director - Luxury

About

A Luxury brand is seeking a Boutique Director to lead its Zurich flagship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train, coach and evaluate the team
• Ensure an exceptional and personalized Client experience at every stage of the Customer journey
• Foster a positive, motivating and harmonious work environment
• Drive the store’s commercial performance, maximizing sales and profitability
• Define and achieve turnover and KPI objectives in alignment with company goals
• Act as a local brand ambassador, representing the brand’s image and values within the market
• Develop Client relationships, and organize exclusive events to enhance loyalty and visibility
• Oversee all administrative and Back‑office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Guarantee that brand standards, policies, and grooming guidelines are clearly communicated and consistently implemented
• Prepare and present regular business and activity reports to Headquarters

Profile

• Proven Store Management experience within a Luxury brand is essential
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong Client focus and business acumen
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and communication abilities
