Position

We are looking for a STORE MANAGER for the ALCOTT store in ENNA (AGIRA SICILIA OUTLET VILLAGE).

We wish to connect with individuals who have experience in structured companies within the Fashion Retail sector, possess good organizational skills, interpersonal aptitude, and a passion for assisted sales. Good knowledge of the English language and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite are also required.

Responsibilities

The resource will be an ambassador of the ALCOTT brand values and responsible for the point of sale.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Store and ensuring its commercial success;
• Coordinating staff in evaluating, developing, and organizing work shifts, actively participating in personnel selection;
• Managing Store operational activities systematically and efficiently according to established policies and procedures;
• Monitoring KPIs to gain a comprehensive view of the Store's commercial performance and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives;
• Working closely with store support departments (Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, and Human Resources);

Compensation

The proposed contract level and remuneration will be commensurate with experience, with compensation packages that are absolutely competitive compared to the market of the largest brands in the fashion retail sector.

Remuneration according to CCNL:

• Holiday and Sunday work bonus
• Thirteenth month's salary
• Fourteenth month's salary
