We are looking for Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) who will play a crucial role in supporting Brokers during the after‑sales phase and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and requires up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Specifications & Communication: Identify client needs, schedule availability, promote our services, draft quotations & contracts, gather necessary customer documents, mediate processes, resolve issues, and ensure all job statuses are communicated effectively.
  • Client Consultation: Serve as a key advisor by providing expert consultation on RxBenefits and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) products and services.
  • Client Information & Awareness: Understand the structure and services of your clients while keeping abreast of organizational changes to ensure accurate client records and billing procedures.
  • Customer Continuity: Foster strong relationships by reviewing client history and proactively following up with customers.
  • Internal Work Order Facilitation: Ensure timely preparation of orders and oversee all necessary documentation and reporting for client projects.

Duties

  • Develop strong working relationships with Pharmacy Operations and client contacts, underwriters, brokers, and PBM service representatives.- Attend seminars and training sessions for ongoing skill enhancement.
  • Quality check applications, claims processing, audit benefit designs, and review financial reports.
  • Prepare employee materials and present benefits during webinars, benefit fairs, and enrollment meetings.
  • Assist in communicating benefits during enrollment sessions with clients and PBM representatives.
  • Resolve service‑related issues as a liaison between clients, brokers, and PBM companies, particularly around billing and customer support.
  • Independently manage key project components including implementation and communication materials.
  • Regularly conduct service calls to maintain client relationships.
  • Provide accurate reports to upper management and maintain up‑to‑date account information.
  • Clearly communicate our added value services to clients.
  • Strive to meet or exceed departmental objectives as set by leadership.
  • Aid in keeping departmental resources and materials current.
  • Contribute to the development of training and job aid materials.
  • Represent RxBenefits with professionalism to clients, teammates, and the community.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a relevant industry role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits insurance with the ability to interpret policies and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self‑starter who works well independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

The anticipated hiring salary for this position is between $88,000 and $110,000 annually, with bonus potential based on performance. We are committed to equitable compensation based on experience, skills, and contributions.
