As Strategic Account Executive, you drive revenue and expand SHI's market presence by shaping strategic sales approaches for new and existing customers. You will cultivate executive relationships and collaborate across teams to position SHI’s solutions portfolio. The role emphasizes expanding partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and developing joint go‑to‑market strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and expand partnerships with leading Global System Integrators (GSIs) to support SHI's growth
  • Build and execute account plans aligned with global strategy and GSI objectives
  • Influence decision‑making through executive‑level engagement
  • Master SHI's value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals
  • Identify high‑impact opportunities and manage pipeline through proactive outreach
  • Collaborate with sales management to track, prioritize, and execute opportunities to meet targets
  • Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and position SHI's strengths
  • Cultivate relationships with existing customers and drive new customer acquisition
  • Engage senior stakeholders across GSI and customer organizations
  • Collaborate with SHI Account Executives, Technical Strategists, Partner Alliances, and OEM partners to deliver integrated solutions
  • Communicate and position SHI's portfolio of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and professional services
  • Understand customer IT strategy and tailor solutions to organizational goals
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute joint initiatives
  • Influence internal stakeholders to prioritize strategic GSI opportunities
  • Build market and brand awareness through events and engagements
  • Stay current on industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work outside of office most of the time
  • Proven skills in client relationship building and new business development
  • Proficiency in account management and project management
  • Understanding of business operations and strategy
