About the role

Duties & Responsibilities

Effectively coordinate the handover of clients from sales, to onboarding through managing a clear onboarding project plan which is resourced effectively.

As the account owner, the main contact point for managing design elements, integration aspects, device roll out and training ultimately ensuring smooth client product deployment.

Take a vested interest in the client’s business operations through on-site visits, workshop sessions to better understand their internal processes and key requirements.

Building a strong relationship through understanding their internal critical processes and systems.

Retaining and growing existing clients by

• Producing a client plan for each client and reviewing this quarterly with the client.

• Maintaining regular contact with the client.

• Ensuring that the client is deriving continuous value and that we have indeed solved the pain points identified in the original commitment.

• Ensuring that the client is satisfied, solutions and services. Up-selling of new features and product offerings to existing clients to increase the revenue per employee managed.

On-time collection of payments from clients according to the agreed payment term with the support of the finance team.

Translating opportunities and requirements of the market sectors and clients we serve into product requirements that feed into our product roadmap to ensure that our product remains competitive and suitable to support future sales.

Internal engagement with product management team leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
