About The Team

The Strategic Finance team shapes the financial direction of the organization, handling FP&A, budgeting, cost management, transformative finance initiatives, and M&A projects.

About The Role

The Strategic Finance Analyst role drives financial planning, protects the bottom line, and fosters cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong background in FP&A and accounting, some exposure to M&A and due diligence, and stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do

• Lead month-end close processes from an FP&A standpoint, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting with the controllership team.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for full P&L and cashflow.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers and other teams on forecasting, costing, and analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to data room information for due diligence.
• Oversee finance-related projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Participate in implementing new AI projects and automation solutions with the tech team.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align financial goals and strategies.
• Communicate complex financial data effectively to leadership.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, M&A, and/or accounting with strong finance and accounting principles knowledge.
• Daily user of AI and automation to optimize work.
• Highly proficient in data analysis, Excel, Google Sheets, and familiar with SQL queries.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and influence business partners and senior leaders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, highly organized, focused on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English.
