About The Team
The Strategic Finance team shapes the financial direction of the organization, handling FP&A, budgeting, cost management, transformative finance initiatives, and M&A projects.
About The Role
The Strategic Finance Analyst role drives financial planning, protects the bottom line, and fosters cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong background in FP&A and accounting, some exposure to M&A and due diligence, and stakeholder management skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead month-end close processes from an FP&A standpoint, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting with the controllership team.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for full P&L and cashflow.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and other teams on forecasting, costing, and analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to data room information for due diligence.
- Oversee finance-related projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Participate in implementing new AI projects and automation solutions with the tech team.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align financial goals and strategies.
- Communicate complex financial data effectively to leadership.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, M&A, and/or accounting with strong finance and accounting principles knowledge.
- Daily user of AI and automation to optimize work.
- Highly proficient in data analysis, Excel, Google Sheets, and familiar with SQL queries.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and influence business partners and senior leaders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, highly organized, focused on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English.
