Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in international and cross-functional business environments, preferably in Energy / EPC / Infrastructure sectors
  • Experience in financial planning, project coordination and reporting processes
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
  • Advanced level of English and Turkish, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
  • Good command of MS Office and SAP (FI/MM modules preferred)
  • Familiar with Turkish business practices and regulations
  • Strong analytical, communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate between headquarters, subsidiaries and international project teams
  • Exposure to strategic projects, transformation initiatives or international operations is a plus
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Supporting strategic financial and operational coordination processes across international projects
  • Coordinating between Switzerland office, headquarters and international project teams regarding financial and operational matters
  • Supporting management reporting, financial planning and project monitoring processes
  • Supporting project budgeting, cash flow planning and financial performance monitoring
  • Supporting communication and coordination with banks, advisors, auditors and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to governance, reporting standardization and organizational development initiatives
  • Supporting cross-functional coordination between finance, project, procurement and management teams
  • Supporting strategic initiatives related to international growth, financial structuring and process improvement
  • Ensuring alignment with company procedures, reporting standards and internal governance frameworks
  • Contributing to the effective coordination of international business and operational processes
